Currently in the first phase we are collaborating with regional retailers to list their products allowing them a broader audience with online payment and delivery, in the second phase as we expand we would also charge the listing business to have their store showcased on our site. The major listings we wish to start off with are retail businesses, Grocers and Food delivery. 

By using the listings method of applications like FoodPanda, Amazon and Daraz, we truly want to make a unique solution catered around the needs of the people of Quetta and developing the listing locally.

In our research we found that people in major areas of the city are early adopters of technology and are currently adopting clothing eCommerce delivery from national centers at a very rapid pace, this however means there are no systems in place regionally for business owners. We wish to make a listing site where in the first phase we would showcase the carefully selected and partnered retailers, grocers and food stores. In the first phase our business model would be to provide delivery to the customers with small charges as the delivery solution would be ours. What this would do is provide a greater audience to the business and generate sales.

In the second phase our business model would change where as we expand, we would give the business monthly or yearly subscriptions to the services, where for a small premium they could offer ads on our listings and also generate sales.

In the third phase when we have a good and healthy base of customers we would start analyzing the data we would’ve acquired. As we use machine learning to analyze the patterns with which customers buy, purchase or window shop it would give us a great learning into the abilities of the market. This would be a breakthrough in Pakistan’s Second Largest Western city, which currently holds no solutions for the online shopping market sphere.
