Muhammad Shah Khan

Muhammad Shah Khan is the Founding Director of the National Incubation Center (NIC) Quetta and a visionary leader in entrepreneurship and enterprise development. With extensive experience in project management, fundraising, and innovation-led ecosystem building, he has been instrumental in driving transformative initiatives that empower startups and strengthen Pakistan’s entrepreneurial landscape.


Over his career, he has collaborated with leading global organizations, including the World Bank, USAID, JICA, AusAID, the British Council, UNDP, and UNHCR, as a consultant, advisor, and project lead. His academic engagements as a visiting fellow at Penn State University, Georgia State University, the University of Southern Queensland, Social Enterprise Academy Scotland, and Stanford Design School USA further highlight his international recognition.
A pioneer in institutional development, he founded several flagship initiatives — including NIC Quetta (2018), the International Center for Refugee and Migration Studies (2017), BUITEMS Business Incubation and Entrepreneurship Center (2015), and BUITEMS Executive Education Center (2012). As a mentor and strategic advisor, he continues to inspire and guide countless entrepreneurs toward sustainable growth and impact.
